Choosing the Right Video Card for a First-Time PC Build

I'm building my first PC and trying to navigate the video card options. I have a budget and know my needs, along with some chipsets I'm interested in. However, after filtering, I still see over 550 video cards that fit my criteria! Can anyone recommend some great options for a solid upper-mid range gaming PC that targets 1440p resolution?

Selecting a GPU isn't as daunting as it seems; the key factor is your budget. How much are you willing to spend on the graphics card?

For 1440p gaming, consider cards like the 16GB 9060XT and the 5060Ti, which are both strong options. If you're looking for something even more powerful, the 9070XT and 5070Ti offer exceptional performance at 1440p and can handle entry-level 4k gaming as well. Your choice will hinge on your budget and local pricing.
