Trouble Upgrading to Windows 11 on AM5 Platform

I recently upgraded to an AM5 platform and decided it's time to switch to Windows 11 for better security and features. I'm not very tech-savvy, so downgrading to Windows 7 or sticking with Windows 10 isn't really an option for me. I downloaded the Windows 11 installation files from the Microsoft website directly onto my SSD, then used the creation tool to make a bootable USB after formatting it. I set the USB as the primary boot drive in the BIOS and restarted. However, each time I tried to install, I ended up with a blue screen stating "Recovery" with an error code 0xc0000098, indicating that the operating system couldn't load due to missing files or errors. I've even tried redownloading and formatting the USB multiple times. Can anyone help me figure out how to successfully upgrade to Windows 11?

If you already have Windows 10 running on your AM5 setup, you might not need the USB at all. You could just use the Windows installation tool directly from your current system to upgrade. It's often a smoother process!

So, not using the media creation tool at all? That sounds simpler!
