I've been trying to reset my PC, but it has been stuck in a restart loop for over four hours. Every time it restarts, it shows that it's installing Windows and gets stuck at 64%, then just restarts again without ever actually updating. I turned my PC off and on again, but it just goes back into the same loop. I'm at a loss for what to do next since I don't think just waiting will help.

Are you resetting through the built-in factory reset? That method can be pretty problematic, honestly. It’s more likely to mess things up than actually help. A clean install is usually the way to go if you don’t need to keep any data.
If it's around 7 years old and running on SSD, that could definitely be a sign of trouble. I’d recommend replacing that drive if possible; it’ll help extend the life of your system after you get everything running again.
How old is your PC? Is it using an HDD, SSD, or NVME? If you're not worried about keeping any data, a clean install would likely give you better results. Sometimes, constant rebooting like this can indicate that your drive is starting to fail.
