I'm looking to upgrade my GPU since my current 2070 has been underperforming lately. I'm considering the 6950 XT but I'm curious if it would be a good match with my 5700X CPU. Additionally, is my 800W power supply sufficient for this setup?

I've got a similar setup and I'm mostly GPU-bound. The combination works well for me, but some CPU-heavy games might push it to its limits, so keep that in mind!
Your CPU and power supply should handle the 6950 XT just fine for now. However, I'd recommend upgrading to an AM5 setup in the future for better performance.
It sounds like a solid combo, just make sure you're aware of potential CPU bottlenecks in demanding games.
