I'm considering purchasing a Lenovo Loq 15 equipped with an RTX 5050 and would like to install Linux on it. Specifically, I want to know if I can reinstall the Lenovo Vantage app after the installation. I know this might sound like a silly question, but I'm really curious. I'm thinking of using either Mint or Ubuntu as my Linux distribution, so any advice would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use Lenovo Vantage on Linux since it's exclusive to Windows. But don’t worry; there are alternatives out there! If you're looking to control performance modes like quiet, balanced, or performance settings, you can check out tools like `TLP` or `Laptop Mode Tools` for some power management features. Maybe that will help you out!

Thanks for the recommendations! I really need to manage those performance settings for gaming, so I’ll look into TLP.
