Help! My Prebuilt PC Keeps Crashing Daily

I'm having regular issues with my prebuilt PC, which seems to crash at least once a day. It's not even when I'm playing demanding games—mostly, I'm just on Roblox. Today, it crashed while I was working on Google Slides. The crashes come in various forms: restarts, screen freezes, and sometimes it just goes black. I really need some advice on how to fix this problem.

How is it crashing exactly? Are you getting any blue screen errors? That could help narrow things down a bit.

I experience a range of issues: sometimes it restarts itself, other times the screen just goes black until I force it off. It can also freeze mid-game, and occasionally I get a message saying, 'your computer needs a restart' while everything's frozen.

This sounds like a potential hardware issue. It could be that the memory chips aren’t seated properly or the graphics card is loose. If you're not comfortable checking these parts yourself, it's best to ask a friend who knows PCs or visit a trustworthy repair shop.

I'm worried about getting scammed at a shop or them charging me a lot for something simple. I know some friends who are good with PCs, but I'm not sure if I trust them enough to let them handle it.

Could you share the model or specs of your prebuilt? Knowing whether it has a dedicated graphics card could also help in troubleshooting.

It's an iBUYPOWER. I don't know the specs off the top of my head, but I think I can check.
