Hi everyone, I'm having a strange issue with my printers. On a Windows 11 machine, the printer list in the Settings menu is completely empty, even though I know there are printers deployed and installed. I've even rebuilt the user profile thinking it might be corrupted, but that didn't help. This isn't just isolated to one user; I've noticed it on another computer in the same company and now a separate client as well. While the Settings menu shows nothing, the printers do appear in the classic Devices and Printers menu and in the print dialog. Here are the details: the machines are all Windows 11, they're joined to an AD Domain, and they have both GPO-deployed and locally installed printers. I feel like a recent Windows update might be to blame, but I don't have enough solid data yet. Have any of you experienced something similar? I'd appreciate any guidance!

Is the print spooler service running properly? Sometimes it can be stopped or get stuck while starting. If it's running on both the local machine and the print server, that's good, but just double-checking might help you troubleshoot further!
Have you checked whether the printer drivers are V3 or V4? It might help to switch between them. I know it's a bit of a long shot, but it could make a difference!
I think some drivers are PCL6, while others are vendor-specific. In one case, I should be seeing a Panini Vision X.

Yeah, the service is running fine on both ends and I can access the printers easily from the classic print context. Just not in Settings.
