Hey everyone! We have a set of 10,000 E5/E3/F1 licenses that Microsoft allocated to our business. We pay a fixed amount for these, but if our usage goes over the limit, we face penalties. I'm looking for solutions to create a dashboard that lets our Service Desk easily visualize the current license allocations and usage. We currently have a PowerShell script for usage notifications but need to present this data in a more visually appealing way, like in Power BI. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the Microsoft 365 Admin portal? It usually shows all licensing info in one place, which might help you visualize your usage and allocation pretty easily.
Not exactly what you're looking for, but my team uses Adaxes for managing Active Directory. It offers a handy feature that shows license counts and can limit license assignments, so it’s useful in that way.
If you're looking for a reporting tool, you might want to try AdminDroid's free M365 reporting tool. It has dashboards and pre-built reports that give you detailed info on license usage. Check it out here: [AdminDroid License Dashboard](https://demo.admindroid.com/#/M365/1/11/dashboards/48).
