I have an Active Directory account that keeps locking every few seconds. I checked the event viewer on the domain controller, and it indicates that the lockouts are stemming from my Solidworks server. I used Wireshark and captured a lot of requests from that server related to this specific user's account. I looked for other accounts being affected, but this is the only one. The error message I'm getting is 'Kerberos pre-authentication failed.' I'm really baffled; I've never encountered this issue before. I've even rebooted the domain controller, the Solidworks server, and the user's PC. I've also tried resetting the user's password, but nothing seems to help.

This issue usually indicates that there's a saved login somewhere using an outdated password. You might want to check for any applications that could be trying to log in with old credentials.
