Hey everyone! I'm looking for a way to remove or turn off those buttons that pop up when I'm watching YouTube in fullscreen. You know, the 'Like/Dislike', 'Show comments', and 'Share' buttons? They only show up when my mouse is active, but I can't find an option in YouTube's settings to disable them. I'm using Chrome on Windows 11. Any help would be appreciated!

There's a workaround you could try using Chrome's Developer Tools. If you're comfortable, you can inspect the elements on the page and remove those button codes manually. Just be aware that this is a temporary fix—it might not stick around after a refresh!
Honestly, I don't think there's a built-in option for that. It's kind of a bummer, but I've searched around and not found anything definitive. If anyone discovers a solid solution, it would be great to hear!
You might not be able to disable those buttons directly through YouTube settings. A lot of users have similar frustrations with the fullscreen interface. You could try using some browser extensions designed to modify YouTube's appearance, but results may vary.
