I'm upgrading my graphics card from a GTX 1060 to an RTX 3070 and currently using a Thermaltake Litepower 650W PSU. I'm thinking about switching to a Seasonic 650W 80+ Gold PSU. Here are my specs: CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X, Motherboard: MSI B550M Pro VDH WiFi, RAM: 16GB at 2667MHz, and of course the new GPU. I also have 7 RGB fans, not using AIO, and I run two monitors (one at 75Hz and the other at 200Hz). I don't plan on upgrading my parts significantly for at least 5 years, maybe I'll increase the RAM to 32GB, but that's about it. Will the Seasonic PSU be okay for my setup?

Yes, the Seasonic is definitely good enough for your new GPU! You should have no issues as long as you keep an eye on overall power consumption.
You already have a 650W PSU, so you might wonder why switch to a similar power level, right? The difference is really about quality and efficiency. A good quality unit like the Seasonic will be rated accurately, which means it can handle loads better. Plus, it’ll give you better efficiency across different loads, which can be a bonus.
Absolutely, the Seasonic 650W PSU is more than enough for your setup! With your components drawing a maximum of around 450-500W, you'll be perfectly fine. Seasonic is known for their quality, so you can feel confident in its performance. Enjoy your upgrade!

Exactly! A higher efficiency rating means your PSU will operate better, especially at lower loads, saving you money on electricity in the long run.
