I've noticed my Windows 10 setup looks completely different from what I expected. The icons, start menu, and taskbar all seem off. I'm not sure how to fix this. Anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like you might have Open-Shell or some other third-party app installed that’s changing how things look. If you got your PC second-hand, it might be a good idea to do a clean reinstall of Windows to get back to the default settings.

Check if you accidentally installed a bootleg version of Windows with a funky theme. If that’s the case, a fresh install would definitely help you get back to normal.
You could also try checking your theme settings. Sometimes the accent colors can mess with how everything looks.
