I'm building a new PC with the Intel Core Ultra 7 265K and I'm trying to decide between an air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15G2 or a 240mm AIO cooling solution like the Corsair Nautilus 240. My case is a Fractal North and I have a large GPU, which limits me to 240mm AIOs. I've always used Noctua air coolers, so I'm hesitant about trying an AIO. Do you think a 240mm AIO would provide enough cooling, or is the Noctua NH-D15G2 a better choice? Is an AIO overkill for this CPU? I'd love to hear your thoughts and advice on the best and most reliable cooling option for the 265K. Thanks!

The Intel 265K isn't overly demanding in terms of cooling. A more budget-friendly option like the Thermalright Phantom Spirit could work well for you. An AIO is likely unnecessary for this CPU, especially considering its cooling requirements compared to high-power models. If you don't have a specific workload that pushes the 265K, you might be better off with a solid air cooler instead.

Appreciate the quick feedback! I've already got the 265K and a compatible motherboard, so I'm rolling with that. I'm mainly using it for video editing and some gaming, primarily in Adobe Premiere. I'll definitely check out that Thermalright cooler!
