I'm upgrading an old PC, keeping just the case and storage. The main game will be World of Warcraft (PvE), but I also want to ensure it lasts for a while. The setup includes two 5060 Ti graphics cards to support local AI applications, although I'm not purchasing both right away. I chose the 5060 Ti for its CUDA capabilities, newer architecture, and good vRAM-to-cost ratio (and I'm avoiding used 3090s).
For the processor, I selected a minimal AMD AM5 CPU, and I've heard the stock cooler should be adequate. The motherboard I selected will support PCIe 4.0 x8 for both GPUs, which I believe will be sufficient for multi-GPU tasks. My power supply is higher capacity than needed, but it's affordable and well-rated. As for RAM, it's been tough to find alternatives. I'm based in the Netherlands and working with a budget of around 1500 euros, aiming for 1080p gaming. It's been a while since my last build, so I hope to get feedback on any potential incompatibilities or suggestions regarding the motherboard and airflow.

Just a heads up, finding that RAM may be tricky. If PCPartPicker marks it 'Available soon,' you might not get it anytime soon. You might need to look for different options. Also, I think the motherboard was misconfigured regarding x8 support; many cheaper AM5 boards might not have that, and getting one that does could push your budget up. It's usually better to opt for a stronger single GPU and keep things simple.
It looks like you've got a solid foundation here, but you might want to add a dedicated cooler for your CPU since it doesn't look like you included one. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin is a great choice and reasonably priced. Just double-check the power supply rating too—make sure it's not a basic White label.
The 7600 comes with the AMD Wraith Stealth cooler, so you're actually good on that front. Plus, the PSU you mentioned is platinum rated, which is excellent!

I understand your concern. I got mixed up too—I meant PCIe 4 x8/x4, which should work fine. I appreciate the heads up on the RAM availability; I’ll start exploring other kits.
