My New Prebuilt PC Can’t Boot Windows—What Should I Do?

Hi everyone! I just got a prebuilt PC, but when I turn it on, I'm greeted with a 'Choose an Option' screen. It gives me choices like 'continue', 'use a device', 'troubleshoot', and 'turn off PC'. I've already attempted startup repair and system restore through the troubleshooting options, but nothing seems to work. I've also checked the SSD positioning to ensure it's set up correctly. I'm wondering how likely it is that installing Windows 11 via a USB drive will solve this issue. Thanks for any advice!

I recommend trying a fresh installation of Windows. It often solves boot issues when all else fails.

Have you checked with the seller about this problem? It might be worth contacting their support to see if they can help you out.

I just reached out to customer support, but no response yet. I couldn't find any similar issues online either.
