I've got this KILLER APS executable file (KAPS.exe) on my desktop that I can't seem to remove. It looks like it was installed from the factory, and whenever I try to delete or move it, I get error messages saying that I don't have permission or need administrator rights. I've already tried the usual methods via Settings and Control Panel, but the file isn't showing up there. It's pretty annoying having it there; how do I get rid of it?

First, make sure you're logged in as an administrator. Sometimes if you’re not the main account, these files can be locked. If you're the only one using the laptop, check your account settings and ensure you have admin permissions. If needed, consider changing your account type to administrator.
Honestly, if all else fails, a full reinstallation of Windows can help clean up these stubborn files! It can be a hassle, but sometimes it’s the fastest way to get back to a clean slate. Just make sure to back up your data before doing that.

Thanks! I’ll check that right now. I didn't think about my user permissions.
