I'm thinking of putting together a new gaming setup with the following components: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE cooler, AMD Ryzen 5 9600X CPU, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz RAM, a 2TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD, an ASUS B850 motherboard, and a GTX 1070 GPU. My old machine is super slow and takes forever to load, but I know the GTX 1070 isn't the best option. Should I wait to upgrade the graphics card or get a new one right away? I'm looking for advice on whether this build will work well for gaming.

This setup is mostly solid except for the GTX 1070, which is a bit outdated. If you got it cheaply from a friend, it should work fine for now. Once you're ready for a graphics upgrade, something like a 4060 or 4070 would take your gaming experience to the next level. Just check what power supply you're planning to use, that’s important too!

I'm planning on using an 850W power supply.
