I've been having trouble getting my PC to boot up since a Windows update about 4-5 days ago. It gets stuck on the boot screen, and I have to turn it off and on repeatedly to get it to start. To avoid the hassle, I left my PC on overnight with the monitor off. However, this morning, I turned the monitor on and was surprised to see the boot-up screen after it had been working fine for a couple of days. I spent about an hour trying to get it to boot up again, which makes me worried that my GPU might be failing or there's another issue at play.

It sounds frustrating! Are you using onboard graphics or a dedicated GPU? Also, what are your specs? If you can, try swapping out components for testing to see if anything changes.
It's worth considering whether the GPU is the issue. Usually, boot problems hint more at a storage drive failure. Check if there are any warning lights on your motherboard. It could also be RAM-related; try removing one stick at a time and see if that helps. Recently, some systems had trouble after certain Windows updates affecting M.2 drives too.
The monitor's plugged into my GPU. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, ASRock B550 Steel Legend Motherboard, Zotac GAMING Trinity OC GeForce RTX 3080 GPU, and Corsair RGB Vengeance Pro RAM. Unfortunately, I don't have spare parts to do any swapping.
