I'm having an issue with my laptop where it won't turn back on after I close the lid to put it to sleep. When I open the lid again, the keyboard backlight is on, but the display remains black. I've tried pressing the power button, but it doesn't respond, so I end up having to force shut it down and restart it. I read that this could be related to hibernation settings, but I've already disabled it in the settings, yet the problem still persists. My laptop is a pretty new HP OMEN 16 with an i7 14th gen processor and RTX 4060, and I bought it around six months ago. Does anyone know a potential fix for this?

You might want to check the BIOS settings on your laptop. Sometimes you can disable various sleep states from there, which could solve your problem when waking up from sleep.

Can you help me with how to access those BIOS settings?
