Hey everyone! I'm having a bit of a problem with my new PC setup. I recently built a PC without an operating system, but I successfully installed Windows 11 via a USB stick. The system runs smoothly, but I'm having issues with the built-in speakers on my monitor—they just don't appear as an audio source. I can't seem to find them in the device manager either. I've tried using a different monitor with built-in speakers, but that didn't work either. I think this could be a driver issue. I've attempted to update and disable drivers, and even downloaded some from the MSI website, but nothing has worked so far. The monitor I'm using is an MSI PRO 275PG. Any advice on how I can get the speakers to show up? Thanks in advance!

Also, just a heads up: if you're using Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, you can find the correct drivers on Intel's official website. They should have the latest updates available. Just make sure to grab the drivers specifically for your graphics setup!
It sounds like your monitor's speakers are connected through the video output cable, like HDMI or DisplayPort. In Windows, they should appear as 'AMD/Nvidia High Definition Audio Device' in the Sound settings. Make sure to install the latest drivers for your graphics card, as these will usually include the sound drivers necessary for the monitor speakers.
