Regarding the job market, AI seems to be cutting down on junior positions since it's somewhat capable of handling basic tasks that juniors usually do. There are still plenty of job openings, but it's super competitive if you don't have past experience. People are worried that as senior developers retire, there won't be enough juniors to take their places, creating a potential crisis. Meanwhile, layoffs are happening a lot right now, which makes everything trickier. As for bootcamps, they might help in terms of structured learning, but what really counts is having a portfolio. Employers want to see what you can do, not necessarily where you learned it. So, focus on building cool projects that showcase your skills!
