Trouble Restoring an Old iPhone 5c

I found an old iPhone 5c at my house and I'm trying to restore it for fun. However, I'm running into a persistent -1 error that says, "The iPhone 'iPhone' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (-1)." I'm using my iPhone 14 charger which has USB-C, and I'm up to date on iTunes. Could the problem be with the charging cable? I've been dealing with this for a while and wanted to give it another shot, but I keep getting the same error.

It sounds like you're on a Windows PC, right? Have you tried restoring it using Apple Devices? If you're actually on a Mac, I'd be curious about what version of macOS you're using. Some older versions might not play well with iTunes and older devices.
