Advice Needed: Choosing the Right GPU and RAM for My New PC

I'm in the process of building my own PC and could use some guidance. After doing some research, I initially thought about going for a Ryzen 7 9700X and an RX 9070 XT. However, I've been taken aback by the high price of RAM lately, which makes me reconsider my options. My main use for the PC will be productivity tasks such as coding and data analysis. Although I occasionally game on PC, I mostly play indie games and do a lot of my gaming on console. Given that, I'm thinking of swapping out the GPU for something more affordable, but I don't want to have to upgrade it again in a couple of years.

I'm considering the 7060 XT 16GB as an alternative but I've seen mixed reviews about it. There's also the option of sticking with my current 1050 TI for a year or two, but I'm worried it might feel outdated compared to the newer GPUs.

Regarding the RAM, I've found a DDR5-6000 CL36 kit for about €290-300, while a CL30 kit runs between €350-380. Is the performance difference worth the higher cost? Just to clarify, I'm looking for a total of 32GB of RAM. Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you considered switching to an M.2 SSD? They're way faster than standard SATA SSDs; it'll make your overall build feel snappier! Also, if you're looking to save some cash, I found a budget-friendly setup that stays within your price range. Here's an option I came up with that includes everything you need without breaking the bank.

Great idea about the M.2! I definitely need to look into that, thanks for the tip. And your price suggestions are super helpful!
