I just spent a good five hours building my new PC, but now it refuses to go into BIOS. The first time I turned it on, it worked fine, but after reinstalling the RAM, it stopped responding. I've tried doing a full CMOS reset, and all the cables are connected tightly. My monitor keeps showing a 'no input signal' message. Can anyone help?

Have you checked the motherboard’s manual for any troubleshooting tips? Some boards have specific requirements for RAM placement, and that could be the culprit.
Make sure you check for any lights on the motherboard. If there are, that’s a good sign! Also, have you tried removing one stick of RAM? Sometimes, that can help. And don’t forget to verify that your monitor is plugged into the GPU correctly, plus trying different HDMI or DisplayPort ports could make a difference.
Could you list out the components in your build? That might help in troubleshooting the issue further.
