I recently repasted my laptop and was testing it out. I played games for about two hours and everything was running smoothly with normal temperatures. Then, while I was just browsing on the desktop, the laptop unexpectedly shut down. Now it won't turn back on at all, with or without the battery, although the charger is working fine. I'm really confused about what could be causing this issue. Any ideas?

What model laptop are you working with? That info could help narrow down potential problems.
Does the power button light up at all when you try to turn it on? And can you see the post screen? That could give us some clues.
You might want to consider resetting the EC chip. It's a common fix for power issues like this.
