This morning at 9 AM, I started receiving an overwhelming number of emails in my Gmail, all urging me to verify logins for countless different sites, and they are even in various languages. My account seems secure, but I'm really concerned about the situation. Does anyone know what's going on and how I can stop these emails?

It sounds like you're experiencing something called "spam flooding." This tactic is often used to mask important emails, like password resets, by bombarding your inbox with junk mail so you might miss the crucial ones.

This is a typical data breach notification. Be cautious and check if any of your accounts might be affected.

It could be that someone has your information from a previous data breach and is trying to gain access to your accounts. If you notice any emails from recognizable sites, it would be a good idea to change those passwords. Using a password manager can help you see if your logins have been compromised.
