What Makes a Good Airflow PC Case?

Hey everyone! I'm on a quest to find the ideal PC case for my new build, but it's a bit challenging since I'm not in the US. Brands like Fractal and Antec Flux Pro are tough to come by here. I've got my eyes on a couple of models: the Corsair Frame 4000D and Lian Li 217, but they both have the front I/O panel situated at the bottom, which isn't great for me since I'll be placing my case on the floor, not on a desk.

I've found a few other models that might work, which I'd love your thoughts on:

**1. Antec P20C ($80)**: I really like its design, and it has a spacious interior for air coolers and PSU with a removable dust filter at the front. However, TechPowerUp's review wasn't too positive, noting that it runs nearly 10°C hotter than the Corsair 4000D, which has a similar layout. This makes me question whether the included fans could be the problem.

**2. Deepcool CH560 ($110)**: This one has a decent design, a top-mounted front I/O, and includes a removable dust filter, although it seems a bit flimsy. I've heard good performance feedback about it.

Also, I'm curious about what the minimum airflow standards are these days? Are solid or glass front panels still okay for airflow, like the older Corsair 4000D or Antec P20C, or should I lean towards more mesh panels given the trend? Will these still perform well into 2025? It looks like Lian Li, Antec, and Corsair are increasingly adding mesh to their cases, especially on lower side panels. Any advice would be appreciated!

As a rule of thumb, anything with a mesh front panel should give you decent airflow. Just avoid cases where fans are situated against a solid glass panel, as that can restrict airflow. Mesh allows for better ventilation!

So if I go with a mesh front, having three intake fans and one exhaust fan should work well, right?
