Issue with WiFi Disconnecting on MSI Laptop

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my MSI laptop that I recently bought second-hand. After I formatted it, I've noticed that the WiFi connection drops randomly. At times, it connects but with no internet access. Sometimes, I can temporarily fix it by toggling the WiFi off and on or running the problem solver, but it still disconnects after a while. This is the only device in my home doing this; my other computers and devices work just fine. I've already tried reinstalling the network driver, but the problem persists. I'm seeking your advice on what else I might try to resolve this.

It sounds like a tricky issue! When you say you send the laptop, do you mean you wake it from sleep or just move it around? It could be a driver issue or even a problem with the WiFi card. Try going to "Device Manager" in the Windows search bar, expand "Network Adapters," right-click your wireless adapter, and select "Update Driver" to see if that helps. If the problem continues after restarting, it might be a hardware issue, and you should consider getting it checked by a technician.

Thanks for the response! I've already done that—maybe there's a translation issue because I'm originally Spanish, and some words got mixed up.
