The total comes to about $2053.79, which fits within my budget. I'm looking for feedback on any changes I should make to improve my build and whether this setup is generally considered good for gaming and other uses.

I think you could optimize your costs a bit. ASRock boards have had a reputation for issues with X3D CPUs. Consider switching to a cheaper motherboard and think about downgrading your PSU to around 750W—you won't need the extra power. This build looks solid! I'd say go for it. You might want to avoid using the 9800X3D with ASRock boards, as there have been some issues reported with frying these CPUs on them. But overall, you should have a great experience with this setup!
