I recently built a computer using a Gigabyte motherboard, but I'm having trouble getting TPM 2.0 to function properly. I've tried various troubleshooting methods, and it seems like the issue could be related to the authorized timestamp and the recovery keys not being populated. I attempted to reset to setup mode and restore factory keys, but that didn't help. I even did a hard reset using the CLR_CMOS pins, but I'm still facing the same problem. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Make sure TPM is actually enabled in your BIOS settings. Resetting to default might not do this. It could also be a good idea to check for a BIOS update if you haven’t already.

Just a heads up, CLR_CMOS pins aren't always a true hard reset. You might want to fully remove the CMOS battery and use a screwdriver in the pins to drain any leftover electricity.
