I'm curious about Apple's refund policy for annual subscriptions. If I get a refund approved, will it be prorated based on how much time is left in my subscription, or will it be a full refund?

It really depends on when you were charged for the subscription. If it’s within 60 days of the billing date, you’d get a full refund. After that 60-day window, it’ll be prorated based on how much time is left in your subscription. Pretty straightforward, but a bit tricky to find the info!“,

Interesting, is this info published anywhere? I couldn't find anything about it in the agreements. Apple doesn’t make it easy to find refund details.

If you decide to cancel, even if it's been 360 days since you signed up, it seems that they’ll cancel it immediately and refund you for the remaining time. I've noticed this change was mentioned for 2025. And this info should be relevant for users in the USA!

I assume that's available through chat support only? Because purchases over 60 days old don't show up in the app list.
