I'm putting together a PC build through Microcenter primarily for 3D animation and gaming. Before I go ahead with the purchase, are there any components you think I should consider changing? Here's the link to the build: https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder-amd.aspx?load=8f24b41a-4292-4b51-8fb1-9ef7c916b7b5

Nice setup overall! Just a tip: you might want to consider a power supply in the 1000W to 1200W range. It’s worth the extra money since your peak wattage could easily hit above the 850W rating.
I think your power supply could use an upgrade. For a setup like yours, consider spending a bit more—around $50 extra—to get a more reliable option. Powerspec is decent for budget builds, but for a 9800X3D and a 5080, it might fall short. A be quiet! 850W unit would serve you better and is highly rated.
Your build looks solid! Just make sure that all the components are compatible. One thing to note is that the B650 motherboard may need a BIOS update for the CPU you’re choosing, so keep that in mind.
