I'm putting together a new gaming build and I'm torn between investing in a 1440p monitor or sticking with a 1080p one for better longevity. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 9600, a 5060TI with 16GB, 32GB of RAM at 6000MHz CL36, and a 1TB NVME SN850X WD. Ideally, I want to game at medium to high settings while hitting around 60fps. Any thoughts on how long I could expect to game at 1440p?

The longevity of your 1440p experience really depends on your performance expectations and the graphics settings you’re comfortable with. If you're okay with medium to high settings at 60fps, you should be fine for a while.
