I'm about to go on vacation and I need my CPU, an R7 5800X3D, to process deep learning tasks continuously at around 95% load for a week. My tests show temperatures hovering between 78 to 85°C. I've read that as long as it stays under 100°C, it's generally okay, but I'm concerned about potential damage or a reduced lifespan from such extended high load. Would it be safer if I kept windows open or used a fan to help with airflow?

You're good to go! Modern CPUs are built to manage heat, plus they throttle back if it gets too hot. Just make sure your cooling is decent and you should have no issues!
You should be totally fine! CPUs these days are designed to handle high loads and temperatures for long periods. As long as it doesn’t hit 100°C, you’re in safe territory.
