I'm looking for help with migrating a client's old emails from UVC to Outlook in Microsoft 365. UVC's support team confirmed they support IMAP, but they don't provide any server details—no hostname or ports. The only way to export is in Thunderbird format, which Outlook doesn't directly import. I'm trying to figure out the best migration approach given these constraints and whether there's any workaround to extract or convert the mailbox into a PST file for Outlook. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just to clarify, what exactly is UVC? I've heard of a few different things by that acronym, like the Ultraviolet Camera and the Uniform Vehicle Code. It's helpful to know what we're dealing with to suggest proper solutions.
If you're able to set up IMAP via OAuth2 on Microsoft 365, you can configure the M365 account in Thunderbird following the guidelines provided by your IT support. From there, you can transfer the emails directly into Thunderbird, which should work well for you.
