I have an Intel i9-13900K with a Corsair 360 AIO cooler and an RTX 4080 GPU. My CPU idle temp is around 40°C, which seems fine, but when I'm playing games like Marvel Rivals, it often hits 100°C. Other games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Arc Raiders also see temps around 90°C. I'm concerned if this is normal for the i9 or if there might be an issue with my cooling setup. I've seen videos where people run the i9 at only 60-70°C. I've also updated my BIOS and set it to Enforce All Limits under AI Tweaker. Any insights would be appreciated!

Hitting 100°C definitely isn't normal! Make sure the thermal paste is applied correctly; it should spread evenly across the CPU. Also, double-check that you removed any plastic covering from the CPU or the cooler before installation. Those can trap heat! How's your AIO coolant temp? Should be lower than 50°C under load. If it's higher, that could be a sign of an issue with the cooler itself. Consider redoing the thermal paste if everything else checks out.
I agree with TechGuru99, that's too hot for your CPU. Have you tried monitoring the AIO liquid temperature? It should usually sit around 40-45°C. If it's much higher, your cooler might not be functioning correctly. Also, ensure your case has good airflow to help with cooling. You could try adjusting fan curves or checking for any obstruction in the case.
