Hey everyone, I've been having a tough time with my computer lately. It keeps crashing and showing a blue screen that says, "your computer ran into an error and needs to restart." When I try to reboot, it hangs too long at the Lenovo load screen, and I only fix it by forcing a restart with the power button. I ran a hardware check, and everything seems fine. I also used Malwarebytes, which quarantined a virus it called "Malware.AI.211222122". But the crashes continue, and now the antivirus won't even open after I restart. Can anyone tell me what this virus is and how I can get rid of it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It could be anything from a serious virus to a simple false positive. Given your ongoing crashes, it might not just be a virus; it could be a corrupted system file too. Have you tried checking for dump files? They might be helpful for analyzing the BSOD issues. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, you can find them in C:WindowsMinidump.
