Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my current graphics card from a 3060 Ti and will be using it with a Ryzen 7600X on an mATX motherboard. I was considering the 4070 Ti Super, but it's all sold out where I live.
So, I'm trying to figure out which card from the 50xx lineup would offer the best performance for the price. Also, I might need to upgrade my power supply since I'm currently using a 500W ATX power supply. If I were to get something that fits the same dimensions but with around 750W and a silver efficiency rating, would that be sufficient, or are there other specs I should be concerned about? Thanks!

Honestly, I'd recommend going for the best 16GB card within your budget, whether that’s the 5070 Ti or something like the 7800 XT or 9070. The GPU market is kind of rough right now, so you’ll have to find something that fits your needs.
I swapped my 3060 Ti for a Radeon 9070 XT because the 5070 Ti prices were way too high where I am. Depending on your resolution and frame rate goals, even a 5060 Ti 16GB or 5070 could work if you're hesitant about going for AMD.
Make sure to check for card compatibility with your case and board before buying! And as for the PSU, a 750W one that fits is usually a good rule of thumb, but keep an eye on the 80 Plus ratings for efficiency.
If you're not in a rush, you might want to wait a bit longer for NVIDIA to release their new 16/18GB cards like the 5070. In terms of power, with your setup, you're looking at about 400W just for the CPU and board. I suggest using PCPartPicker to estimate your total power draw, and then for your PSU, it's usually best to go for something that can run at around 60% load for efficiency. For example, if you're expecting around 500W total from all components, a PSU rated for 850W would keep things efficient and cool, which is super important! Also, sharing the model of your case might help others give better advice about potential restrictions.

Thanks for the detailed reply! Unfortunately, I can't really wait for the 5070 16GB to come out, especially since it might take a while. I'm looking to upgrade from what's currently available instead. I'll also check my case model; it was a prebuilt, so I'm not entirely sure.
