Can I Mix DDR5 RAM Speeds Without Stability Issues?

I'm currently using a DDR5 memory module running at 5200MT/s (with EXPO settings), and I'm considering upgrading to a setup with 16GB in a 2x8 configuration. I'd like to pair my existing slower module with a new one rated for 5600MT/s, both of which are Corsair Vengeance modules and have the same CAS Latency of CL40. I understand that they won't operate at their rated speeds when mixed, but I'm wondering if I could run them at their minimum speeds without causing system stability issues. Any advice?

If you're using EXPO, both RAM sticks will sync up to the speed of the slower one, which is 5200MT/s. If you can find another 5200MT/s module that’s cheaper than the 5600MT/s one, that might be your best bet. Honestly, the difference in real-world performance between those speeds is pretty negligible.

Can I still run them at their non-EXPO speeds? I've seen they're rated for 4800MT/s minimum, but finding that speed is tough for me.

What about stability issues with these speeds though?
