Can’t Get RAM on B1 and B2 to Work on My New Motherboard

I'm having trouble getting my RAM modules to work on slots B1 and B2 for dual channel functionality. I recently changed my processor, and my motherboard is brand new as well. The RAM sticks are from the same brand, but no matter what I try, B1 and B2 just don't seem to enable. Any suggestions?

What's your motherboard model? And how many RAM modules are you trying to use? Knowing this might shed some light on the issue.

Make sure you have your RAM installed in slots A2 and B2. If that doesn't work, try using just one RAM module in A2 to see if that helps. Also, it would help to know what motherboard you're using!

Honestly, this post lacks a lot of useful information. It's hard to help without more details, so maybe revisit what you're sharing!
