My New PC Build Won’t Boot – Any Ideas?

I've recently completed a new PC build for mostly office and daily use, and it's successfully powering on, with the CPU and case fans spinning and the case light flashing. However, when I connect my monitor using the motherboard's HDMI port (since I'm relying on integrated graphics and don't have a separate GPU), there's no display signal. Despite trying different HDMI monitors and ensuring everything seems connected properly, I'm still stuck. The power light on the case flashes quickly a few times at startup, then goes to a slower flash. I'm not very experienced with building PCs, so I'm concerned I might have missed some connections or setup steps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried waiting a bit to see if it would initialize after you first powered it on? Resetting the CMOS could also help. Make sure to wait a few minutes on that first boot to see if an image appears. Also, just a thought: is your CPU cooler up to the task? Some older models like the Hyper 212 might struggle under load today. Just something to consider!

I waited for about 10 minutes once, but still got nothing on the monitor. I’ll reset the CMOS later when I can find the time. As for the cooler, I chose it based on suggestions for light tasks. Any recommendations for a better one?!
