Help! My PC Won’t Connect to Wi-Fi After Forgetting the Network

I'm having a really frustrating issue with my PC and I could use some guidance. Initially, my computer was struggling with the Wi-Fi connection, dropping bars frequently. I tried several solutions, and then decided to forget the network and log back in. However, now I can't connect to the Internet at all! My Wi-Fi adapter seems to be fine since it has two separate connections, but the main Wi-Fi just won't work. I've even performed a factory reset on my PC, but the problem persists, and I'm unable to access the main part of my computer without an Internet connection. I'm pretty sure it's not my Wi-Fi, since it works perfectly fine on other devices around the house. What can I do to fix this?

If you've never used Ethernet before, it's just a wired connection you can use instead of Wi-Fi. You plug one end into your PC and the other into your router. It usually gives a more stable connection, which could help you see if it's a Wi-Fi issue.

Have you tried connecting your PC using an Ethernet cable? That might help you isolate the issue—if you can get online with Ethernet, then it’s definitely a Wi-Fi problem rather than something with your computer itself.
