I currently have a 120GB SSD and a 1TB HDD, where I'm running Windows 10 and Linux Mint. I'm thinking about adding ZorinOS to the mix. Is it realistic to triple boot on a 120GB SSD, or would it be better to install ZorinOS on the HDD instead?

A 120GB SSD is really pushing it for three operating systems. If each OS takes up around 40GB, you might run out of space quickly. It’s generally recommended to have at least a 256GB or 512GB SSD to give each OS enough room to breathe.
Trying to fit three operating systems on a 120GB SSD is a tall order. By the time you install your essential applications, you could be nearing the limit. If you can manage to fit Windows on a 40GB partition, that's great, but otherwise, it's a squeeze.
From my experience, I’ve seen people fill up a 64GB drive quickly—even a basic user can hit that mark on Windows or Linux. So, 120GB seems pretty insufficient for anything beyond one OS with necessary apps.
Honestly, 120GB is barely enough for two systems, so adding a third is tricky. Your best bet would be to install ZorinOS on a separate partition on your HDD or even use the entire HDD for it. If you're unsure about booting from different drives, checking compatibility would help you out! By the way, if it's just for testing, consider using a live USB or a virtual machine instead.
