I'm considering an upgrade for my PC as I'm currently using a 3050. I initially thought about moving to a 5060 with 8GB of VRAM, but I'm concerned about how well it performs with modern games. Instead, I'm now looking at the 9060XT with 16GB of VRAM. Is this a good choice for a budget build?

Absolutely! The 9060XT is a fantastic option and there are plenty of YouTube videos that demonstrate its capability with that setup. You'll be pleased with the performance.

The 9060XT is likely the best pick in this price range. Just remember, NVIDIA's DLSS tech is usually a bit more effective, but AMD's FSR on the 9000 series does hold its own, even if it's not quite as powerful as DLSS3.

True, AMD's FSR is competitive, especially with the 9000 series, but DLSS still edges it out in some cases.

Have you considered the 5060 Ti with 16GB? That's another option to think about!

Yeah, that combo is perfectly fine for budget gaming. The 9060XT offers great value for its price.
