Is my RX 6900 XT dead for good?

Hey folks, I'm hoping to get some insights about my RX 6900 XT. I bought it used about a month ago and it was fantastic until now. After turning off my PC for about four days, I powered it back on, but I'm greeted with no video signal from the GPU. Here's a rundown of my setup:
- CPU: i7-8700K
- Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z370-F Gaming
- Power Supply: I just installed a new 1000W unit today to get rid of any power-related issues.

Now for the symptoms:
1. The BIOS says "NO VGA Card" when I check via iGPU, showing that the PCIe x16 slot is detected as empty.
2. Although the RGB lights on the card are glowing, the fans won't spin at all when I turn it on.
3. My PC boots up normally (Green Boot LED is on), but it ignores the GPU and uses the integrated graphics instead.

I've done a bit of troubleshooting:
- Swapped in a brand new 1000W PSU with no luck.
- Reseated the 6900 XT several times, but it didn't help.
- Crucially, I tried another GPU in the same PCIe slot, and it worked without issue.

So, I'm wondering if there's anything else that could have caused my 6900 XT to stop working suddenly, or is this a definite case of hardware failure? Any thoughts are appreciated!

Unfortunately, it sounds like your card might be toast. vBIOS corruption is pretty rare unless you were tinkering with it. A good step would be to check the GPU's pins and give them a clean, but it’s likely cooked. Sorry to hear that!
