What are the best cooling options for a Ryzen 9 5900X?

I've got a Ryzen 9 5900X that's frequently hitting temperatures between 75-90°C even when I'm just running light applications like Google and Discord. It's currently maxed out at 95% power usage because at 100%, the heat really spikes. I'm leaning towards air cooling to keep costs under $100, but if an AIO cooler would really be better, I'm open to that too. Any recommendations?

You should definitely look into what cooler you're currently using. A stock cooler shouldn’t struggle at light loads like that, so it might not be seated correctly or there's an airflow problem. Check your case ventilation, too!

I'm using the fan from my old CPU, and it's definitely not cutting it. I hope that’s the main issue!
