How Can I Remap One Key to Simultaneously Trigger Two Other Keys?

I'm trying to remap a key on my keyboard to make it easier to play a fighting game, as I don't have a controller. Specifically, I want to replace the input from "Numpad 3" so that it acts like I'm pressing both "Numpad 2" and "Numpad 6" at the same time. Additionally, I want this setup to recognize long presses. I've already tried using Microsoft PowerToys, but it only allows for certain combinations using control keys or single remaps, which doesn't suit my needs. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You definitely want macros to program key sequences like you're describing. Just a reminder: if you're playing a multiplayer game, be cautious! Many games have rules about macros, and using them could lead to your account getting banned.

What you're looking for is a macro setup! If you have a gaming keyboard, check if it has software that supports creating macros. For instance, Razer's setup might be just what you need. Just a heads-up, though—many fighting games have strict rules against using macros, so be careful if you're playing online.

Have you considered using Microsoft PowerToys? It can do some key mapping, but its success depends on how your game interacts with the keyboard. If the game uses direct hardware access, that might not work. In that case, look into getting a programmable keyboard for better results!
