I recently received an email from a website manager saying that my IP address shows up as a "Twitter bot". I have no idea what that means, and I mainly use my iPhone to connect to the internet. I'm worried this could mean I'm being hacked. Can anyone help clarify what this means and why it might be happening?

It sounds like there might be some confusion here. Sometimes, IP addresses can be flagged by websites for suspicious behavior, but that doesn't necessarily mean you are hacking or being hacked. If you're using your home Wi-Fi, it's less likely that your iPhone is the issue. Make sure your phone is updated and check your network settings. If you're concerned, you might want to reboot your router to get a new IP address from your Internet Service Provider.

Don't panic! Receiving an email like that doesn't mean your device is compromised. It could just be that your IP address was used by someone else for spamming or automation. Always be cautious with links in emails and ensure you're using secure connections. If you're unsure, contact your ISP for advice.
