Help with High CPU Temperatures for My First PC Build

I'm new to building PCs and I'm concerned about my CPU temperatures. Everything is set up and running, but during stress tests, my CPU spiked to 95°C, which scared me, so I stopped the test right away. Here's my build: Ryzen 5 9600x, Gigabyte Radeon RX 9060 XT, Corsair 32GB 6000MHz RAM, Kingston NVME M.2 Gen 4.0 1TB, Asus B650m-AYW Wifi, MSI MAG A850GL, and a Rise Mode air cooler with 2x120mm fans. In AIDA64, I recorded different temps—my CPU hit 95°C during FPU stress, but it was much lower during other tests. I've heard about others having lower temps in similar setups. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something I need to check?

First, make sure your cooler is properly installed and that the thermal paste is applied correctly. If the fans aren't spinning the right way or one is backward, they might be working against each other, causing higher temps. Also, check the specs for your cooling setup to ensure it's adequate for your CPU.

The fans are spinning, and I can feel air blowing out. Here's a link to my cooler: risemode.com/storm-8-black/.
