I've been facing an annoying issue where the volume of any video or song playing in the background on my phone keeps decreasing by itself. It's really frustrating because I can barely hear anything without cranking the volume back up. I'm looking for a solution to stop this from happening completely. Any advice?

Have you checked if your phone is updated? Sometimes, software issues can cause these types of glitches.
What model of iPhone are you using? Knowing that might help figure out if it’s a common issue.
I'm using an iPhone 12.
Does the volume go silent or just low? A restart can sometimes help!
It doesn't go all the way silent, but it gets low enough that I have to max it out to hear anything.
Yeah, it's fully updated.
